the breakfast offered various choices, so everyone could find something to eat. the hotel provides comfortable rooms with spacious beds. the hotel had a great location near public transportation and within walking distance of attractions. the facilities were very clean.

Breakfast is served in a nice area, with a wide variety of food, i noticed. the hotel did not offer dinner or lunch. there was no room service or food available in the afternoon or evenings. It felt more like a b&b.

The location was GREAT for attending an event at the Uber Arena. The breakfast offered many choices for both kids and adults. IT WAS delicious and fresh.

I liked the location. It was convenient. i could easily venture to nearby areas by walking. the room was clean and the hotel provided breakfast. the bed was very good and comfortable!!!

The room was comfy. It was right next to the arena and the former wall. breakfast had a waffle machine.
the cleaning staff knocked only once before immediately opening the room door. this occurred around 8 or 9 am.

limited breakfast selection room cleaning issue
The location was acceptable, close to the East Side Gallery.
The breakfast was rather underwhelming, I must say. The selection seemed limited, and the quality of some items, like the coffee, was not excellent. Also the room cleaning was not done, that was annoying, no room cleaning, poor coffee quality

stained towels unhelpful staff
The location was acceptable to all the local businesses. It was easy to get around from here.
The room service was HORRIBLE. Daily cleaning involved ONLY making the beds and a quick wipe of the bathroom. Stained towels were given to us. Used mugs remained uncleared after these so-called cleanings. This is unacceptable given the room rate. The staff was also not helpful and expected ME to collect items instead of delivering them and they did not answer the phone.
